After filling out the form, please affix the official seal registered with the Bank on the form, or send us the original document signed by the authorized person via post. In case where you affix a corporate seal, please submit the Certificate of Corporate Seal (issued within 3 months). If you have already submitted the certificate of corp. seal to the bank and no change since you have submitted, please advise it to your CS manager. You don’t have to submit the certificate of corp. seal again.
