After filling out the application form, please send the original copy by post with the official seal or signature registered with the Bank. If you affix the corporate seal on the form, please submit a certificate of corporate seal issued within the recent three months as well. If you have already submitted the certificate of corp. seal to the bank and no change since you have submitted, please advise it to your CS manager. You don’t have to submit the certificate of corp. seal again.
